SuperMag NHS Beads Conjugation Kit

Ocean NanoTech’s NHS terminated Super Mag magnetic beads of various diameters (50 nm, 100 nm, 150 nm and 200 nm) are now available in an easy-to-use kit format to enable researchers to conjugate antibodies, proteins, peptides or other biomolecules of their own choice to these magnetic beads. Attribute to the large surface area, excellent colloidal stability and unique surface coating of the NHS SuperMag beads, the conjugated beads from the kit exhibit high binding capacity and low non-specific binding. Kit contains sufficient reagents & components for performing at least 4 conjugation reactions. Briefly, the NHS beads are mixed in amine-containing molecules such as protein, nuleic acid or small molecules in coupling buffer for 2 hours, then quenching buffer will be added to the solution for 30 min to stop the reaction. After magnetci separation to remove unreacted the molecules, the conjugated beads are stored in storage buffer. The recommended protocol has been used to successfully conjugate bovine serum albumin, streptavidin or immunoglobulin to these magnetic beads.
