SiDirect reagents are the buffers for high efficently DNA isolation, espeically for cell-free DNA isolation in combination with magnetic beads. It can assist the beads to separate DNA from blood, serum, bacteria, saliva, etc. Isolated DNAs are suitable for direct downstream applications such as PCR, Real-time PCR, and next-generation sequencing.
