Ocean NanoTech's NHS Activated Iron Oxide Nanoparticles are superparamagnetic nanoparticles with excellent colloidal stability and biocompatible coating for biomedical applications, Theya are prepared by thermodecomposition method which makes their size uniform. Each nanoparticle is a single crystal with a structure either maghemite or magnetite. We offer nanoparticle size range of 5-30 nm. Iron oxide nanoparticles beyond this size range may be available upon request. They are modified by polymer to make them water dispersible and linkable for biomedical applications including: in-vivo magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), magnetic particles imaging (MPI), magnetic sensing for in-vitro diagnostics, small molecular drug delivery, immunotherapy, hyperthermia, adjuvant for vaccine, etc. NHS activated magnetic nanoparticles are nanosized (5-30 nm) iron oxide particles with N-Hydroxysuccinimide groups. They are ready to conjugate with oligonucleotides, antibodies, or other ligands with amine groups without othe crosslink reagents needed. With excellent colloidal stability and unique surface coating, the NHS magnetic nanoparticles exhibit good binding capacity and low non-specific binding of protein or nucleic acids.
