Prussian Blue Stain Kit for Iron Oxide Nanoparticles in Cells and Tissues
Prussian Blue Staining Kit (Catalog # IPS) is designed for qualitative detection of iron oxide nanoparticles (IONPs) on cells and tissues. The kit detects both specific and non-specific uptake and/or adsorption of IONPs. Under a microscope or with a UV-vis spectrophotometer at 680 nm, IONPs can be easily detected with our Prussian Blue Staining Kit.

ILP - Lipid based Iron Oxide Magnetic Nanocrystals with no Functional Group
ILPs are lipid based iron oxide magnetic nanoparticles without any functional group. The amine groups can be used in conjugations with different molecules. ILPs come in different sizes depending upon the core size of the iron oxide magnetic nanoparticles. The ILPs exhibit a zeta potential that ranges from -10 mV to -20 mV. The overall thickness of the organic layers is about 1-2 nm. The hydrodynamic size established using a Zeta Trac DLS is about 3-8 nm larger than the inorganic core size that is measured with TEM. ILT - Lipid based Iron Oxide Magnetic Nanocrystals with NTA-Ni
ILTs are lipid based iron oxide magnetic nanoparticles that are covalently surface modified with strong metal-chelating nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) groups that are pre-charged with nickel. They have a high affinity to proteins with histidine (His) tag, about 20-200 fold higher than non-His tagged proteins depending on the iron oxide nanocrystal core size. His-tagged proteins or other biomolecules can be easily attached to ILTs and presented in a directional manner for enhanced signal-to-noise and reproducibility.
